Carkeek Park twilight

Carkeek Park is a favorite of mine, a sprawling urban haven that boasts hiking trails, an apple orchard, lawns for frisbee-tossing, a dog run, a playground, a beach and more. It’s perfect for long talks or just sitting by yourself and collecting your thoughts.

Last month I went there hoping to catch the sunset, and while I missed the big event, even the dusk was beautiful to experience.
